DocOA can be purchased as a turn-key solution that includes rings, covers, and 2 Column notebooks, or just select the DOCOA pockets if you have your own 3-Ring Binder. DocOA is built on BinderBuddies. DocOA is a complete solution. It is also the entry to our school programs and opens the door to Organize360, the only one time, one period intervention that can turn any student into an organizing engineer.
Select a BinderBuddies pocket only configuration or order DocOA pallate programs without rings and covers if you are using a 3-Ring binder you have or intend to purchase. If you provide your own 3-Ring Binder, you will need to use either a 1.5" D-ring or break the system up into small binders for optimal results. The system is self-instructive and comes with a simple user guide.
-->Once you have DocOA, ask your school to use Organize360 to turn your students into Organizing Engineerstm

...And remember, our product is the only binder organizing system that also teaches filing and organizing as a bridge from paper to the computer. These tools support an innovative document management process that is guaranteed to teach both children and adults(teachers and parents alike) how to move from paper into the digital world. That is because our products are designed to teach a fundamental method of categorization that separates the process of organizing from the data or records being organized. The methods are based on the original masters thesis of the founder, David Schwartz, while he was teaching computer science at MIT. Now available in this kit, you gain this advantage in both the CLASSIC BinderBuddies, and now in the new DocOA system. DocOA is pronounced Doc-Away. This is a simple play on words that reminds every user, the timely step of putting papers away intelligently is the only way to find them in less time. DocOA implements a theory of filing and organizing that Schwartz calls: Data Accessed and Viewed in Individual Documents. This is one of the key design frameworks in our Organizing Literacytm program.
There are alternative organizing and study skills recommendations on the market that simply do not
work. They recommend the use of Big 3-Ring binders, and require students to punch paper to put things away. They may color
code at the index tab level, but once a piece of paper is put in these systems, if put in at all, it like finding a needle in a haystack.
Our innovative system offers a document management solution that is
compatible with all school supply checklist recommendations. The unique advantages of our system suggest it be considered
as a preferred choice to these other recommendations. And our tools can be implemented immediately, with immediate results.

New this year, we have a powerful intervention called Organize360tm which ensures a dynamic installation in schools that teachers, parents, and students can all enjoy and benefit from. The learning intervention builds on Design-Engineering standards being pioneered in the State of MA and incorporates our R-R-R-Rtm model(Recording, Rediscovery, Reprocessing, Review) that utilizes our inventive writingtm process in a collaborative work experience.

Twin pocket folders have been around for decades, as have index dividers with pockets and pad holders, so why use these new and improved stationery products?
Each item is an improvement over the item it replaces.
Our Twin Pocket Folder has slots instead of holes that allow the folder to open and lie flat without tearing when placed in a three ring binder. This allows for the nesting of papers and other pockets inside the twin pocket folder for deeper and better paper and document organizing support.
The Index Divider has not one, not two, but three stacked pockets that allow papers to be grouped and held securely. This allows units of work like related homework, tests, quizzes, and handouts to be stored together until they are no longer needed. When the papers are filed for reference this way, they stay together and can be more readily found for review.
The Speedpad® pop out pad holder, guarantees that you will always have a clean sheet of paper for taking notes or starting a homework, and it gives you access to that paper in an instant, without turning a page. It also works as a book mark for your work. Just leave it in the binder where you last left off to instantly access your project later. And it can be folder out and placed on the top of the binder allowing it to be used like a clip board--neat and compact for use in cramped spaces, like a school desk.
A One-Touch Organizing System
When you combine the BinderBuddies? pieces into a One-Touch Organizing System, you have a sensible place for each and every kind of paper you handle, which dramatically increases the chances of finding those pages quickly when you most need them... That's what getting and staying organized is all about. The big news is that organized students will find themselves learning more and getting better grades!
Improved Organization = Improved Performance
Once the One-Touch Organizing System is in place, communication between students, teachers and parents improves. Students are in command of their work flow; teachers can focus on curriculum rather than wasting time while students fumble for the correct pages; and parents can easily see what is happening with their children's school work. With improved communication from day to day, the flow of thought and energy can shift to content and learning which can be a key catalyst to improved student performance.
